Scope of Services
 

Maherit provides consulting and project management services under the DMCC “Project Management Services” license category.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic Project Planning

• Operational Coordination and Oversight

• Governance and Compliance

• Risk Management and Performance Monitoring

• International Development Support
   

Maherit does not perform engineering or technical feasibility studies, nor does it engage in construction or architectural works.

All engagements are subject to written confirmation, quotation, or agreement between Maherit and the client.

Professional Conduct and Confidentiality

Maherit upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

All information shared with us, including project data, financial details, or proprietary materials, will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes agreed upon in writing.

Clients also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information or materials provided by Maherit during or after the engagement.

​

Fees, Payments, and Invoicing

All professional fees are defined in advance through a written quotation or engagement letter.

Invoices are issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or another mutually agreed currency.

Payments must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in a suspension of services and may incur administrative fees.

All transactions are governed by UAE financial and anti-fraud regulations.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our published Refund Policy.

Due to the professional nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once an engagement has commenced,

 

except in cases of duplicate payment or verified transaction error.

Use of Website

The Maherit website and its content — including text, images, design, and structure — are the exclusive property of Maherit Project Development Consultancy FZCO.

Users are granted access for informational purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Maherit’s materials, documentation, presentations, or methodologies remain the exclusive property of Maherit Project Development Consultancy FZCO.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their internal business purposes.

Reproduction, resale, or distribution of Maherit content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC).

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Maherit reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal or operational changes.
