Maherit Project Development Consultancy FZCO (“Maherit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates under a valid business license issued by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), United Arab Emirates.

By engaging in any of our consulting, project management, or business development services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy.

This document applies to all professional engagements, retainers, and fees related to the services provided by Maherit, whether invoiced directly or through authorized partners.

All communications, transactions, and payments are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in particular, the commercial framework established by the DMCC Authority.

Refund Policy

At Maherit, we are committed to delivering excellence, transparency, and measurable value in every engagement.
Due to the nature of our services — strategic consulting, project coordination, and management advisory — all fees are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.

However, we recognize that certain situations may warrant exceptions. Refund requests will be reviewed individually under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

The service has not yet commenced or no deliverables have been provided.
A duplicate payment or transaction error has occurred.
A written cancellation request is submitted within seven (7) days of payment, and before professional work or resource allocation begins.

In these cases, Maherit will process the refund after verifying eligibility, deducting any administrative or banking fees incurred during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already initiated or completed in whole or in part.
Strategic reports, documents, or deliverables transmitted electronically.
Fees covering external costs, third-party services, or regulatory filings related to a project.

All payments made for consulting retainers, advisory sessions, or project coordination are considered final once professional time and resources have been allocated.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on bank procedures, currency conversion, and international clearing times.

Maherit reserves the right to request verification documents or payment confirmations before issuing any refund.

Legal Basis and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC).

Any dispute arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Maherit Project Development Consultancy FZCO complies with DMCC’s Code of Business Conduct, ensuring transparency, integrity, and fair practice in all professional dealings.

Policy Updates

Maherit reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, internal procedures, or operational standards.
